1. What is the maximum duration of journey for single trip travel insurance?
Single trip travel insurance provides cover for one journey to the area you have selected. It can cover your trip up to a maximum of 90 days.
2. Is there any difference on the coverage between single trip and annual trip travel insurance?
Allianz single trip travel insurance offers three levels of cover – Bronze, Silver and Gold plans. There is no difference in the coverage and compensation amount between annual trip and single trip travel insurance of the same level. Annual trip travel insurance allows you to take an unlimited number of overseas trips over a 12-month period. The maximum duration of each trip is 90 days.

4. Can my travel insurance policy be cancelled?
For single trip travel insurance, no refund of premium will be allowed once the policy is issued.

5. What are the requirements for the policyholder/ insured person?
Policyholder must be a HKID holder between 18 to 75 years old.
The age of Insured Person should be between 60 days and 75 years old (both dates inclusive), unless otherwise stipulated in any specific sections under these terms and conditions.
6. What countries are covered under Annual Travel Insurance policy?
Our travel insurance plan strives to cover as many destinations as possible. However, some countries which are known to be at elevated risk or sanctioned are excluded.
Excluded countries: Iran, Syria, Cuba, North Korea and Sudan. The list is subject to change according to local government regulations.
